My Day In Photos #1

To add some more variety to my blog I had a flash of inspiration. On days I've done something of interest, or if I've done something I think you'll enjoy seeing, I'm going to compile a post of my day in pictures. I love reading these types of blogs as they allow insight into what people get up to, so hopefully you'll enjoy them too.

Today I headed to Eagles Flying in Ballymote with my mum. We're both mad into animals and have been to Eagles Flying quite a few times before, but we hadn't been in eons so we decided to go back today. Eagles Flying have an assortment of different animals - horses, sheep, goats, a giant pig called Rosie (if I was an animal I think I'd be her), a hedgehog, fox, raccoon, rabbits, guinea pigs...and of course birds of prey. Twice a day, visitors get to watch a show and learn about the birds - not to mention they get to experience them flying over their heads. It's hilarious seeing some people's reactions when a massive bird is flying centimetres above their head. During the show today one of them managed to get caught in my mother's hair, saved her from having to brush her hair.

So that's been my day. I've also been attempting to read a book I got from the library which I'm not enjoying very much but I hate quitting midway through a book so I shall persist.

'Til the next adventure..
